For the provision in New Zealand of financial assistance, equipment,
facilities and other appropriate assistance to New Zealand’s artists,
arts’ practitioners and creative workers in all or any forms of creative
arts and their management.

Prashanta Mukherjee – Foundation Trustee
An ICT professional who has performed, directed and managed significant
ICT projects in New Zealand since 1989 and who has held substantial positions
with Oracle, IBM and Ernst & Young; he is a member of the Digital
Strategy Advisory Group.
Lorraine Barry – Trustee
A music industry marketing specialist and music manager who, prior to her move to New Zealand, was Director,
International Marketing for Virgin Records.
